The fine print
Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
FairMark Studio (“we”, “us”) is a small business of Living Stone Group, based in Victoria, Australia. We respect your privacy and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The short version: we collect as little as we can. We never see your card details or the numbers you put into our spreadsheets, and we don't sell your information.
What we collect
- When you buy: Gumroad runs checkout and shares your name, email address, what you bought and your country with us. Gumroad handles your payment details. We never see them.
- When you join the newsletter: your email address, and when and how you signed up.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (like IP address and browser type) for security.
What we don't collect
We don't collect anything you type into our spreadsheets or templates. Those files live on your device or in your own cloud storage.
Why we use it
To deliver your purchase, answer support questions, send the newsletter if you've asked for it, process refunds, keep business records, and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the shop:
- Gumroad (checkout, delivery, receipts and refunds)
- our email provider (support mail and newsletter)
- our website host
Some of these providers are based overseas, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies also apply. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. When you click a buy button, Gumroad's checkout may set its own cookies to make payment work.
Marketing emails
We only send newsletters to people who sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll stop straight away when you use it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email [email protected]. (We may need to keep some purchase records for tax reasons.)
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and we only keep information as long as we need it.
Questions or complaints
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
